TARCONSTRUCTION, a sister company of Tarchitects, focuses on the construction and Design-Build facets of what we do. Together with Tarchitects, TarConstruction offers a streamlined approach to project delivery.
Please be aware that not all design projects qualify for this method of project delivery; however, all clients of Tarconstruction are also clients of Tarchitects. Essentially, we construct only what we design, and we exercise selectivity in our projects.

If your project is approved for our Design + Build delivery method, here's an overview of the process. Below are the contract relationship diagrams. In the first diagram, the owner has prime contracts with the contractor, while Tarconstruction (as CMa) holds a prime contract with the owner in an advisory capacity. In the second diagram, Tarconstruction (as CMc) assumes a more substantial ROLE by holding the contracts with the contractor, acting as a subcontractor to Tarconstruction (CMc).
